What is the material of your scrub suits?
Neat Nanny scrub suits come in either polyester or cotton fabric.
For suits labeled "BASIC,"the fabric used is Katrina. This is the most common fabric used in making uniforms in the Philippines. A basic, no fuss polyester fabric that is wash and wear. It does not wrinkle easily and is durable. The fabric may feel warm to wear in hot weather.
For suits labeled "SOFT,"the fabric used is Peach twill. This is a higher grade polyester that is cooler to wear. This fabric does not wrinkle easily and is durable. This is a more affordable alternative to cotton. Customers looking for cotton are happy with peach twill.
For suits labeled "PREMIUM,"the fabric used is Smooth and Soft. This is 100% cotton. It's extra soft to the skin and very comfortable.
Chinese cotton is used for Doubtfire printed tops. Despite the name, this fabric is made of 100% polyester. This is the same material used for bed sheets. Its soft to touch. Color fades with washing.
How do we care for our scrub suits?
The suits are low maintenance, hand wash or machine wash is okay. We suggest washing, hang drying and ironing them inside out so the colors won’t fade.
For Doubtfire tops, we suggest washing them separately the first few washes as there may color bleeding.
If the size I got for my nanny is too big/ small, can I change the size?
Yes, we accept exchanges in size or style within 30 days from receipt as long as the scrub suits remained unwashed and unused.
Shipping charges for return and reshipping will be care of the customer.
Can I customize my orders?
Yes! We accept custom orders. Minimum order for existing designs is 30 sets. For new design, is 60 sets. Sizes may range from XS to 3XL.
